1 Peter 3:3-4 Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
As I was walking to the congregation this morning, I saw this flower and could not resist its beauty thus, this photo. I have actually turned it sideways and looked at it as a landscape unseen. I have taken many photos of these flowers in the past but this morning’s image made me look a bit closer and see all the hairs which as a landscape of larger proportions looks like standing grain. Well, I fancied it like that anyway. This flower I have used before as it is an angel trumpet. It is rather deceiving in its beauty as it is very poisonous, which makes me think again that the devil walks around masquerading as an angel of light to deceive us. Let’s not be fooled by any outward appearance.
