Revelation 2:7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’
I took a walk with a young lady a few months ago and she took me to a place where there was an acacia tree growing. It was in the spring of the year and there were beautiful round yellow flowers on this tree as pictured above. But I noticed as you can see, there were great long thorns on the supple branches of this tree. Remembering that the Ark of the Covenant was made of acacia wood, I was quite astounded with the possibility that when Yeshua was being mocked by the rabble that refused His testimony that He was their Messiah, that He was in fact the son of the Most High God, that what they placed upon His head was a crown of thorns,
cut from an acacia tree. I have noticed that this Creator God is very particular about details in every way and to use the same kind of wood that held the covenant testimony to crown Yeshua with is obviously; to me anyway, full of more than just irony. He was crowned with the testimony of God as to His authenticity!
