A Word

child Me

Luke 18:17 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God

as a little child will by no means enter it.”

I was walking to the shuk this morning and I felt the Lord speak to me. He said: The way to enter each new day is to enter it as a little child, full of wonder and excitement to see what the Father has in store for you today. I have discovered that when we are walking closely with Him, there is an excitement that pervades the air and a kind of apprehension to see what He has in store for us next. We seem to be forever walking in a very precarious place but, the blessings just seem to hunt us down. It is a bit like walking a tightrope where any second it appears that one could fall to their death, but somehow we always seem to get a bit further along without falling off. There are times when we stumble but somehow manage to keep our balance as though there was an invisible force keeping us upright. Praise God for His wonderful mercies.
