“And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.
It is absolutely amazing to me how real some dreams become while we are dreaming but how quickly they are forgotten when we are awake. There are dreams that have a tendency to linger on long after we awaken. I have discovered that dreams are a bit like sugar cubes while we are dreaming, we can see so many details of the cube as we tend to turn them over and over in our minds. But, when we wake, it is as though that dream cube gets dropped into a glass of water and it dissolves so very quickly and is gone from our sight and remembrance. Thus, I would say that “Dreams have a tendency to fade into the fabric of time.”
