Mark 4:26-27 “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how.
What interested me about these three trees was the fact that they were all the same kind of tree and yet the branches had grown in such different ways. Even the trunks of the trees were leaning in different directions. They all received the same amount of sun, wind and rain yet look how differently they have grown in shape. They were all planted at the same time as they are all the same height.
This makes me think of how different we all are yet of the same species, “man” in general but all from different locations and receiving different teachings. There are no two of us that are exactly alike even when it comes to identical twins. Then I thought of the first two offspring of Adam and Eve, Cain and Able, how different even though from the same seed.
And, we all have differences of opinion in this diverse world.
Some want to rule and some want to serve.
