Puzzle incomplete

Isaiah 6:9-10: and he said, “Go, and say to this people: ‘Hear and hear, but do not understand; see and see, but do not perceive.’  Make the heart of this people fat, and their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.”

The above picture is a puzzle with square pieces. The center pieces are missing. To me, this speaks of the orthodox Jewish people’s world-view: they know and keep the teachings of the Torah and the Ten Commandments and these provide a framework for them to live by. They have all the “pieces” that encompass Creator God’s laws and purposes for the redemption of mankind; they have studied them very thoroughly and have them all in the right order and places. But even until today, God’s final revelation of redemption has been kept hidden from their eyes, rather like the mystery of the afikomen which is “hidden” during the Passover Seder, and which God in His wisdom has yet to fully reveal to them. I believe this was purposely done so that many Gentiles could be grafted into the Jewish olive tree. The Gentiles have the center pieces which represent the Lord Yeshua, but for the most part, have not understood the complete picture which began with Abraham and God’s covenant with him and which contained the promise of the Redeemer to the Jew first, but also to the Gentile. So, both Jew and Gentile have an incomplete picture. However, once the two become one, all the pieces will have fallen into place then we will have the whole complete puzzle as God had ordained.  Thus you will have the ‘one new man’ and the true Messianic body.
