Deuteronomy 11:26-28 “Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you this day, and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods which you have not known.”
As I walked in the Shuk (open market) today, I saw these two gentlemen sitting side by side, each plying his wares. The one on the left is, without a word, selling flowers as one can see. The one on the right is, without a word, selling Mitzvot (which means to give to charity to fulfill the Godly commandment of self-sacrifice for the good of others). One can purchase one or the other or both. Either way, the purchase will bless someone else in most cases.
